Fernanda obtained her Bachelor’s (2016) and Master’s (2019) degree in Chemical Engineering at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte – UFRN (Brazil). During her studies she worked in the Laboratory of Nanomaterials and Catalytic Reactors and also received a grant to study Process Engineering for 2 years at the École Nationale Supérieure en Génie des Technologies Industrielles – ENSGTI (France). After a period working at a law firm specializing in industrial property, she decided to return to the research and now joins the NIFC group at IREC as a PhD student working with all-solid-state batteries (ASSBs) on lithium-ion basis.
